Installment Icarus utilizes ACM as the primary medical system during our operations. Advanced Combat Medicine is a comprehensive expansion of ACE3 medical, introducing a variety of complex injuries and casualty care to allow for an immersive experience during the operation. We use ACM because it helps truly understand the value of your life during deployments, encouraging you to avoid putting yourself in needless danger.

As a rifleman there are a few items you will need to carry with you incase of injury.

• Pressure Bandage: Allows you to treat one injury, can be used on yourself and others.

• Elastic Wrap: Used to strengthen already bandaged wounds to prevent re-opening of wounds.

• Emergency Trauma Dressings: Can be used to treat multiple injuries however can only be used on others.

• Chest Seal: Used to treat wounds to the chest by preventing air from escaping the lungs, however they do not stop bleeding.

• NPA: Temporary solution to keep an unconscious patients airway open.

• Paracetamol: Tylenol.

• Tourniquet: It's a tourniquet. Prevents blood from leaving open wounds.
